The Ecological Traveler

The Ecological Traveler is an Environmental Program designed to help compensate for the Green House Gases generated by the use of fossil fuels during air or land travels during your vacation.  This is attained via a carbon fixture process by means of the reforestation of our woodlands.  With your reservation, you help preserve the natural world you will be enjoying so that your friends, family and children can also enjoy it.

We are ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­united with and committed to the environment. We believe in sustainable tourism, and that tourism, “the industry without smokestacks”, is an important development engine for our communities, and for the people who live in them.  We support small, local businesses, ecologically minded guides from the remote communities, and work only with tourist industry business that encourage and collaborate with environmental programs.

 

Personal Service

We are from here and we are part of the community, an extremely important consideration when planning your vacation.  Our travel and tour operator organization is administrated by the owners themselves who will attend you personally.  Specialized guides will receive you at the airport upon your arrival and will assist you and accompany you with your transfer to the hotel.
